Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

About the Role

The primary function of this position is to promote a positive and productive work environment by providing exceptional support to employees. This includes addressing employee relations issues, coordinating company policies, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to develop and implement strategies that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain reports on employee relations metrics, such as turnover rates and engagement levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
