Job Summary:

As an Engagement Lead reporting directly to the HR Senior Manager- Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing engagement strategies designed to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will oversee programs focused on employee satisfaction, diversity, health and wellness, and other initiatives aimed at improving overall team engagement. Your expertise will drive meaningful changes to improve employee experience, enhance productivity, and support long-term retention through innovative engagement practices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of employee engagement strategies, defining and tracking key metrics to measure success and return on investment.
  • Manage the engagement activities budget, ensuring programs are effectively executed and aligned with business goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and secure support for engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to gain buy-in for engagement efforts and advocate for continued or increased investment in these programs.
  • Act as a change agent, promoting the integration of engagement initiatives into the company's culture.
  • Lead organizational change efforts that enhance employee engagement and overall performance.
  • Oversee internal communication efforts, including company newsletters, employee surveys, reward programs, and events, ensuring consistent and clear messaging.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices for effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Develop and update policies that support engagement goals, including flexible working arrangements, diversity and inclusion programs, and grievance mechanisms.
  • Ensure all policies reflect the company's core values and support a positive work environment.
  • Create, implement, and oversee employee engagement programs, including recognition awards, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports analyzing the outcomes of engagement programs, identifying trends, and evaluating their impact on employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Utilize data and feedback to continuously refine engagement strategies and make informed decisions for future initiatives.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure an integrated approach to employee experience.
  • Work closely with the Learning & Development team to align training programs with engagement objectives, focusing on leadership development, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with the Company Nurse to design and manage health and wellness programs aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle for all employees.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee health and fitness needs, ensuring programs are tailored to support overall well-being.
  • Manage the budget and execution of fitness, wellness, and other employee engagement programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and within budget.
  • Focus on creating a positive, inclusive work environment that motivates employees and fosters long-term commitment to the company's success.
  • Ensure that engagement programs are effectively communicated across the organization and embraced by employees at all levels.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement, using this knowledge to refine and elevate existing programs.
  • Partner with the Marketing team and other departments to create promotional materials, communicate upcoming events, and post on social media to enhance the visibility of engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, wellness programs, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to drive engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure the impact and ROI of engagement efforts.
