The Human Resource and Admin Department plays an important role in the strategic and operational talent management and development initiatives of the organization. The Department provides structure to the organization by developing and implementing policies and procedures for attracting, retaining, and developing talent to achieve Vismotor's vision, mission, and corporate objectives. The Department ensures that the initiatives, projects, and activities in talent acquisition, employer branding, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee safety and health, training and development, performance management, and talent analytics are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
It initiates programs and initiatives that foster organizational agility and resilience by cultivating a viable talent pipeline to sustain the company's expansion goals; by initiating programs to build a high-performance culture, by establishing a dynamic performance management system, and by implementing talent development programs through the Vismotor Academy.
QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Experiences
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in a Supervisory capacity.
Education
- At least a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Political Science, or any related field.
Certifications
- An Advantage: Labor Relations Certification
Other Basic Requirements
With excellent communication (listening, conversational) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Must be computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledgeable on labor laws and other existing legislations.
Excellent time management skills.
