We are seeking a skilled Key Account Development Representative to join our fast-growing team in the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on outbound sales outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification.
With a strong background in high-volume sales calls and email marketing, you will connect with potential customers, move them through the sales pipeline, and help close new business deals. You will work closely with our business owner, learn about the construction industry, and develop your sales skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Make at least 50 daily outbound sales calls to qualified B2B leads.
- Conduct effective cold calls and emails to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Consistently follow up with leads to keep them moving through the pipeline.
- Manage and update all communication, tasks, and leads in CRM software.
- Collaborate directly with the franchise owner on daily sales activities.
- Develop and refine scripts, outreach templates, and sales processes.
- Support other operational tasks as needed to drive business growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred).
- 1 year of remote work experience in a professional setting.
- Comfortable working with US-based clients and open to feedback.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and consistent in outreach efforts.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Background in commercial construction sales is an advantage.
- Previous leadership or subject matter expertise is a plus.
Mid-Senior level position.
