About the Role
  • We're looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • You'll utilise tools like LinkedIn, Google, lead lists, and CRM software to identify and connect with decision-makers at e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Outbound Prospecting: Utilise tools to identify and connect with decision-makers at e-commerce brands.
  2. Message Personalisation: Tailor outreach to resonate with each lead's business, brand, and Amazon opportunity.
  3. Appointment Booking: Book high-quality meetings for our Managing Director, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our services.
  4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead stages, and call notes in our CRM.
  5. Campaign Feedback: Monitor performance of outreach templates and sequences, suggest improvements, and A/B test approaches.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar sales or lead generation role.
  • Knowledge of Amazon or e-commerce.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Proven track record of identifying and capitalising on leads to drive growth.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fixed UK morning shift (4PM to 8PM Manila Time, Mon to Fri) and four hours flexible.
