Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Mandarin and English.

A strong background in office administration, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Management: Compose and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Calendar Organization: Manage the CEO's schedule, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls while ensuring seamless coordination with other teams.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record and update information in various systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, utilizing effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpreting: Provide simultaneous interpreting services between Mandarin and English during virtual meetings and phone conferences.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or any certificate course (required)
  • Skills: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills; Solid organizational & time management skills; Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies; Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
