Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled tech operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack, including CRM workflows, HR tool integrations, and sales operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves solving workflow challenges, thrives in no-code/low-code environments, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration:
    • Manage setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms, including CRM/ATS, recruiting tools, collaboration & file management, operations & payroll, and more.
  • Collaboration Tools:
    • Manage Microsoft 365, Dropbox, LastPass, and other platforms to ensure seamless collaboration and file management.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage Gusto, DocuSign, Monday.com, and other platforms to ensure efficient operations and payroll processes.
  • Troubleshooting and System Updates:
    • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes as needed.
  • Recruiting Support:
    • Support recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup.
  • Automation and Integration:
    • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools.
  • Permissioning and Compliance:
    • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance purposes.
  • New Tool Research:
    • Research and recommend new tools as the business scales.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management
  • Experience with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
  • Confident in documenting workflows and training others on system use
  • Strong problem-solver with a detail-oriented, tech-first mindset
  • Excited to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement
  • Bonus points for EOS/Traction operations familiarity
