Our company is expanding the Implementation team with a highly skilled individual as an Implementation Operations Specialist. This role suits someone passionate about changing the retirement Fin-Tech space.

Key qualifications for this position include strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of plan installation operations process, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans on our platform.

As part of the Implementation team, you will work closely with internal teams to meet project deadlines and ensure the timely completion of projects. Additionally, you will conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with our partners and clients. You will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to enhance team efficiency and consistency.

This position requires strong written/oral communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new processes and suggest solutions as needed. Experience in operations or administrative roles is advantageous but not necessary.
