Product Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows, and the ability to manage timelines and blockers.

The Product Manager will work closely with the CEO to ensure quality standards across product releases, lead testing cycles and QA processes, prioritize bugs and coordinate resolution with development, define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, translate strategic goals into executable development plans, and provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with capacity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors; demonstrated success delivering complex product workflows and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership; translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams; ability to manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills; collaborate with the CEO to align roadmap and goals, set realistic delivery expectations.
