Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
About the Role- Monitor and manage daily driving logs to ensure adherence to DOT regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service as a reliable point of contact for drivers and management
- Coordinate and plan routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Negotiate rates with vendors and customers to drive business growth
- High school degree or equivalent; Logistics or transportation degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with DOT and OSHA compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on responsiveness and adaptability
