Key Responsibilities:

  • We build and manage project timelines for blog launches, product drops, YouTube content, and client services.",">
  • We track and update tasks in Asana or Google Sheets.",">
  • We hold team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones.",">
  • We communicate daily across teams (Telegram, Docs, Email).",">
  • We coordinate between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and execs.",">
  • We track performance and report progress to leadership weekly.",">
  • We problem-solve and escalate roadblocks before they become delays.",">
  • We help document workflows and improve internal efficiency.",">

Requirements:

  • You need 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital ops lead.",">
  • You should be familiar with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media.",">
  • You must have a strong command of English communication (written + spoken).",">
  • You should have experience with Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp (we use Monday.com).",">
  • You need excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead global remote teams.",">
  • You must be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure.",">
  • You should be comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership.",">
  • You need stable internet (20 Mbps+ required).",">
  • You should have a smartphone with Telegram for team communication.",">
  • You need Google Drive + Monday.com ready.",">
  • You should be familiar with cloud documents, visual SOPs, and daily task check-ins.",">
