Web3 Financial Associate

A dynamic opportunity awaits for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Web3 Financial Associate. This role is perfect for someone with a solid finance or accounting background, strong knowledge of digital assets, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple entities.

Job Description:

This position entails managing the financial and operational backbone of our Web3 business, encompassing finance, crypto accounting, digital asset management, audit, compliance, and invoicing tasks.

  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity.
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools.
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs).
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records.
Skill Requirements:
  • 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure).
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations.
  • Familiar with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent or conversational English communication skills.
  • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities.
