Operational Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee day-to-day operations and team coordination within our department.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Leadership:
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support.
- Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
- Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution.
- Team Development & Oversight:
- Supervise and mentor team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants.
- Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance.
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
- Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations as required.
- Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely task handoffs.
- Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
- Flag operational concerns or task delays to senior management as appropriate.
- Administrative Oversight & Reporting:
- Verify payroll data, maintain department calendars, and provide weekly operations updates.
- Report on team task completion rates and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and security protocols.
