Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic startup as a DTC Digital Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to manage and execute our digital advertising and e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, paid advertising campaigns, and Google Analytics. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
Digital Advertising

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. They will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics.
  • Optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborating with the in-house creative specialist to improve ad performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
