Job Overview

The demand-side platform manager spearheads the management and optimization of the digital advertising ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive effective advertising solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create operational frameworks and effectively lead a team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital advertising platform, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various channels.
  4. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
  5. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform future strategies.
  6. Use analytics tools to track audience behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Key Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related role, with a focus on digital advertising management.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
