Remote Technical Support Representative: A Key Role in Client Satisfaction
Job DescriptionThis position involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for clients across various industries. The successful candidate will respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, guide customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Previous call center experience
- Work from home experience
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
