Job Description

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and overseeing the onboarding of key clients. You will lead solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments.

  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, value propositions, and enablement tools tailored to each segment.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and market trends.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Optimize sales processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Leadership:

  • 10+ years in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.

Industry & Market Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends.
  • Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Skilled in sales process optimization, CRM tools, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
