Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to expand brand presence worldwide.
- Nurture strong connections with key buyers, department stores, specialty boutiques, and luxury retail partners globally.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, market weeks, showrooms, and private appointments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align seasonal collections with market demand and commercial objectives.
- Provide actionable insights on product feedback, regional trends, and market performance to inform collection development.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with wholesale partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational capabilities.
- Accurately forecast sales, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and secure new opportunities in emerging markets while maintaining high standards of brand placement.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, training, and materials for external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on global wholesale and B2B relationship management.
- Strong network of buyers and established contacts across key international markets.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, growing wholesale revenue, and expanding brand presence in high-end retail environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex timelines, markets, and product assortments.
- Deep understanding of commercial acumen, margin structures, pricing strategies, and global market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as needed for key appointments, events, and seasonal markets.
