Scrum Master Position

Job Overview:

As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Scrum Teams and help build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

You will be responsible for keeping our scrum teams focused by guiding them, helping clear their blockers, and ensuring they have what they need to succeed in their endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively facilitate communication among team members.
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs.
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress.
  • Tailor Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery.
  • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role).
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
