Enterprise Agile Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to support the management and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles tailored to Microsoft Dynamics needs.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams, business stakeholders,
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Encourage continuous improvement by leveraging retrospective outcomes and fostering a growth mindset specific to enterprise system management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
