Dispatch Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Auditor to support our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Select workload in ServiceNow application
  • Audit all dispatches for correct billing information
  • Verify notes justify the selected Scope - if it's not in the notes, it didn't happen
  • Ensure parts captured in Dispatch parts Scope are justified by the notes
  • Adjust questions in the Work Order Template (WOT) to accurately reflect what occurred
  • Select correct information, including billing for Dispatch Parts
  • Manipulate Time and Date to fit dispatch parameters
  • Ensure Scope is met
Requirements:
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to navigate ServiceNow and WorkMarket platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
