Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.">
  • Design and implement metrics and analytics to measure process performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.">
  • Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support process adoption and ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in process management or a related field.">
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.">
  • High degree of organizational and administrative skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Self-disciplined and motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.">
  • Good knowledge of English language and MS Office tools.">
  • Able to align processes with customer countries, considering Scale, Standardization and operating model (based on Global Seafreight Process and Systems goals).">
  • Ability to put processes into clear and precise working instructions.">
  • Ability to decide and align with countries, on working instructions, considering model.">
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to users.">
  • High level of System and PC knowledge.">
  • BPMN knowledge and document/report results.">
  • Knowledgeable about logistics industry.">
  • Basic knowledge of KN operations.">
