**Job Description**
Kareila Management Corporation (S&R Membership Shopping) is a dynamic organization seeking a talented Personal and Business Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Vice President to provide high-level administrative support and contribute to the success of our team.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional administrative support, including project coordination, research, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and employees.
- Coordinate complex schedules, arranging meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the HR Vice President.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Demonstrated expertise in administrative support or a related field.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
