This role involves processing company disbursements, verifying payment requests, and ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payment releases.
Main Responsibilities:
A. Collection- Issue official receipts upon client payment receipt.
- Record payment details in Xero accounting software.
- Update bank records and cash position documents.
- Verify weekly reimbursement and cash advance submissions.
- Maintain digital records of processed reimbursements and cash advances.
- Release all payments by Tuesday.
- Organize payment vouchers properly.
- Comply with established operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Execute assigned ad-hoc tasks.
- Complete special projects assigned by the Manager or DBSA Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
- Prior experience in billing and collections.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work in Makati, Day Shift, and Full onsite, Mondays to Fridays.
