Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hybrid environment and has excellent communication skills.

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Category Merchant Coordinator will be responsible for assisting clients in providing top-notch service to their partner brands by offering product information and resolving product-related concerns. This position requires a high level of organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Merchant team with administrative tasks related to suppliers and product details.
  • Support Merchants on RFP Market Basket item sourcing & pricing using Excel spreadsheets & provided information/product specs.
  • Coordinate and manage supplier webinars throughout the year. Send invitations to the Merchant team. Upload supplier webinar details to SharePoint.
  • Responsible for product sourcing for suppliers discontinued items throughout the year and any Merchant needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Advanced English proficiency level
  • College Education preferred in English, marketing, communications, or related field and/or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent writing ability, including the ability to write within established styles and in other people's direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and ShopStar is a plus.
  • Preferred experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Teams.
