As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in delivering excellent service to their partner brands by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with suppliers and product details. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by receiving queries, resolving issues, understanding customer goals, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Merchant team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between partners and suppliers, and to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assisting the Merchant team with administrative tasks related to suppliers and product details
  • Support Merchants on RFP Market Basket item sourcing & pricing using Excel spreadsheets & provided information/product specs
