Job Title: Compensation Strategist

Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that drive business success. Your expertise in compensation analysis and design will inform data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus
