We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare recruitment specialist to join our team. As a recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting talented healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, managing interviews, and using various tools to find the right fit for our clients. With 1+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in healthcare roles, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, maintain candidate records, and track recruitment funnel metrics. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once.
