US Healthcare Recruitment - Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking enthusiastic and experienced telesales executives to generate leads and close recruitment partnerships for our healthcare staffing solutions.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting staffing and recruitment solutions over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to drive business growth by bringing in new clients, such as healthcare networks, care agencies, and facilities like independent living, group homes, and assisted living.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis to create target lists of potential clients.
- Contact decision-makers to inform them about staffing services.
- Perform requirements analysis to understand customer needs precisely.
- Pitch our solutions to potential clients and create and close staffing agreements.
- Work with recruiters to match candidates to job requirements.
- Direct prospects to key account executives when needed.
- Handle objections to positively manage the company's reputation.
- Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a telesales executive, especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionals.
- Exceptional knowledge of English is essential.
- Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.
- Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools.
- Solid experience using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Bachelor's degree will be a plus.
