Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to its growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions aligned with hiring needs.
  • SOURCE AND ENGAGE potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage applications and ensure smooth hiring workflows.
  • Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Advertise job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.
  • Support HR Operations by managing Performance Management Systems (PMS), preparing HR reports, and maintaining dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools.
  • Familiarity with PMS and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
