Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), CareerBuilder, Monster and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and US time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven individual.
