- Efficiently collect professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents.
- Verify and organize required data meticulously.
- Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission.
- Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records accurately.
- Communicate proactively with Talent Advisors and Client Executives to ensure timely submissions.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, data entry, or document processing position.
- Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment is highly beneficial.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Excellent organization and efficient file management skills.
- A strong customer-first mindset and proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
