  • Communicate proactively with Talent Advisors and Client Executives to ensure timely submissions.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative, data entry, or document processing position.
  • Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment is highly beneficial.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and efficient file management skills.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
  • Familiarity with credentialing processes or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
