Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Planning: Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Candidate Communication: Develop and implement efficient communication plans to engage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Posting Management: Coordinate the development and publication of compelling job advertisements that accurately reflect company values and job requirements.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment specialist or a related role.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard recruitment practices and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
