Key Responsibilities:
  • We need someone to organize and analyze a dynamic database of registered companies to identify and prioritize high-potential leads based on provided criteria.
  • You will be responsible for researching and finding relevant contact details for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
  • A key aspect of this role is reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalized messages to drive engagement and response.
  • We are looking for someone who can qualify leads by assessing their readiness for further conversation and interest in our services.
  • The successful candidate will deliver qualified, engaged leads of business owners ready to explore our services to the MD.
  • Independently, you will troubleshoot and refine the lead generation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • You should have strong research skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
  • A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative—comfortable solving problems and figuring out the best approach independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
