We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented business development specialist to drive growth through outbound sales. This is a volume-driven role where every message should feel authentic and personalized.
This position involves crafting short, persuasive cold emails using LinkedIn profiles to generate responses and drive interviews. Your work will directly impact the success of our outreach efforts by tailoring each message to the recipient's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, personalized cold emails per day (~300-450 per week) using data from LinkedIn profiles.
- Maintain a consistent workflow, balancing speed with quality to achieve measurable results.
- Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging and improve response rates.
- Analyze reply-rate data and apply feedback to continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, copywriting, or SDR roles with a focus on personalized messaging.
- Excellent written English skills with a conversational tone and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality and produce measurable results.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and outbound email best practices.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven remote environment.
- Understanding of what makes an email worth replying to (business development or sales experience preferred).
