Role Overview:

This position is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers to establish connections and generate interest
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Accurately inputting information into our system
  4. Representing the company professionally during conversations with contacts
  5. Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the role
  6. Delivering reports accurately and on time
  7. Participating in process-improvement initiatives to optimize performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
  2. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with customers
  3. Strong internet connection and reliable workspace to ensure seamless operations
  4. Availability to work non-traditional hours to accommodate customer needs
