You will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and targeting high-potential prospects. Your primary objective will be to generate interest in our services through strategic outreach via email and phone calls.
- Identify and research top prospects, utilizing your understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to develop targeted approaches.
- Benchmark market leaders and qualify them for our talent access solutions, fostering meaningful relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite executives, HR professionals, and hiring managers to comprehend their talent needs.
- Update CRM systems with prospect interactions to facilitate streamlined lead management and schedule discovery calls with qualified leads.
- Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and establish repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo and excellent spoken and written English skills.
- A deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology, with a preference for experience in staffing or consulting and bilingual skills.
