Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team at Hivelabs Technologies Corporation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar fields. If you have experience working in the IT software industry, that's a big plus
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the IT software industry. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and meeting business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach potential clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
What We Look For:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
- Background in IT software or related industries is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate client schedules
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (combination of remote work and onsite/field assignments) around Metro Manila and nearby provinces
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
