  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) alignment and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in professional services, luxury hospitality, or high-end real estate.
  • Proven track record in handling clients and managing small teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of memorial park operations is an advantage.
