Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with high-value real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS account management, marketing automation, and customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients including real estate agencies, franchises, and enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and ongoing account strategy.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance, branding, and ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on account health, usage, and performance.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services for a SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech company.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
