
Enterprise Customer Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you will champion their needs, share deep product knowledge, and drive success.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience, with a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
Main Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner
- Proactively drive adoption across our multiple product technology stack to ensure customers maximize ROI
- Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates of campaign objectives
- Evaluate and address technical demands to ensure timely issue resolution and escalation
- Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers
- Project Manage internal and external initiatives
- Act as sales liaison, building internal relationships to drive growth expansion inside accounts and managing partner relationships to support premium customers
Key qualifications include:
- BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Experience interacting with C-level executives
- Analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with quick situational awareness
- Enterprise-ready mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues
