Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building partnerships and driving growth? We're seeking a Relationship (Affiliate) Manager to lead a team and expand our corporate client base. In this role, you will be a key player in increasing sales and loan applications by forging strong B2B relationships. You will report directly to the Marketing Division Head.


What You'll Do
  • Lead our Growth Strategy: Take the lead in identifying, prospecting, and bringing on new B2B partners. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and incentive programs to expand our reach.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Work with internal teams to create and execute data-driven sales plans. Your goal is to boost lead generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Cultivate Key Partnerships: Be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Use analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and provide regular, data-backed recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic partnerships. Experience in financial services is a significant plus.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • A Proven Performer: You have a demonstrated history of designing and executing successful strategic sales campaigns and programs.
  • Skills: You are an excellent communicator, a skilled negotiator, and a natural relationship builder.
  • A Willingness to Engage: You are prepared to conduct fieldwork as needed to meet with clients and partners.
  • Bonus Points: Do you have experience working with Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) communities, social media influencers, or fintech companies? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
