We are seeking a skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team at BSI. As a Key Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships by ensuring timely bookings of audits, responding to client inquiries, and promoting BSI products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are responsive, proactive, and meet the company's high standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to promote BSI products and services to existing clients and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Responsibilities & Expectations

This role requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Manage key accounts from planning to certificate issuance, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Implement the Keep the Client Programme to retain existing clients and increase loyalty.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using SAP/PG systems.
