The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive sales, maximize revenue, and ensure long-term business growth. The role involves strategic planning, account management, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Engage key accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements for mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for account strategies.
- Track account performance metrics and report on progress.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Knowledge of trade marketing and promotional strategies.
