Job Description:

The Sales Operations Manager is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational efficiencies and sales strategies across multiple segments. This role involves providing leadership to sales operation and sales enablement functions, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to support sales operations
  • Provides guidance to staff on sales strategies and operational best practices
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand commercial strategies and implement sales initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree holder and 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience. Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization is also crucial.

  • Amenability to work on a graveyard or mid-shift schedule
