
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and executing sales expansion strategies, analyzing customer profiles, and identifying business growth opportunities. They will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify product and service shortfalls, creating new opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze customer profiles, assessing financial risk, and developing sales and marketing proposals to close sales.
- Develop and maintain good business relationships with existing clients, expanding the clientele through effective sales strategies.
- Create and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to inform, educate, inspire, and create value for customers.
- Ensure positive client feedback through initiatives that make each touchpoint across the customer journey engaging, efficient, and effective.
Requirements:
- A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in business-related fields.
- Extensive experience in direct selling and/or marketing.
- Experience in people-heavy environments, focused on serving and anticipating customer needs.
- Customer-centric with strong leadership skills, a good team player, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking skills.
