Senior Marketing Director Position

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Head, Marketing Director, or similar senior role with proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
  2. Leading, mentoring, and managing the marketing team to ensure high performance and creativity.
  3. Oversight of brand management, advertising, digital marketing, PR, and promotional activities.
  4. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  5. Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  6. Collaborating with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
  7. Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance using KPIs and analytics to optimize results.
  8. Fostering partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand visibility.
