Job Description

As a virtual assistant, your role will involve providing top-notch customer support and experience to our valued clients. This includes managing client communications, handling calls and email inquiries, and performing administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer support and manage client communications
  2. Handle calls and email inquiries
  3. Administrative tasks such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
  4. Marketing and Social Media Management
  5. Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
  6. Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  7. Represent VirtuallyinCredible's core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
  8. Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
  9. Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing to undergo background checking
  • Good American accent
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
