We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused remote professional to support our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and reside within a reasonable distance from our office. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, and guiding customers through options to find the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone or email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize available resources to research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Prior call center experience is essential.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
