About the Role
  • The Customer Success Account Manager is responsible for retaining and developing high potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.
  • You will drive the continued retention and growth of our partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your partners.
  • Onboard partners, transitioning from a newly launched status.
  • Proactively research client's company to stay up to date on any rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce – or any related CRM tool.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of how to deliver profitable partnerships.
